However, this quality objective can be achieved only if everyone in our organization is involved. Therefore, a quality system has been established at M&T, which involves every employee.
In autumn 2008 TÜV Turkey certified M&T with ISO 9001:2000, which confirms that M&T’s quality management system responsible for controlling the planning, implementation and maintenance of contact centers and software developments meets international requirements. The certificate will be supervised every year.
What the certificate means:
The process of gaining the ISO certificate involves satisfaction of very strict criteria and passing of complex exams. Certification focuses especially on the standards of provided services, internal processes, approach to customers, manipulation with goods and others.
This quality system gives our employees a systematic method for continuous improvement by establishing a reliable way to take actions toward improving products and services.
